Trackpro is a user-friendly CRM that helps businesses manage client communication and data. Built with cutting-edge tech, it ensures seamless performance, strong security, and real-time insights for smarter decisions.

What I worked on

• Designed and developed a design system for a new project, adhering to best UX practices and leveraging knowledge gained from the Google UX certification course to ensure a user-friendly and accessible interface.

• Led the design and frontend development, handling both the creative aspects and technical implementation. Utilised TypeScript, React, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, and JQuery to build responsive, reusable components.

• Ensured robust testing and quality assurance by employing Playwright for end-to-end testing and Vitest for unit and integration testing, ensuring a seamless user experience across all features.

• Collaborated closely with the backend team by contributing to the backend development process, including occasional coding in PHP, SQL, and Laravel, and reviewing backend code to ensure full-stack integration and maintainability.

• Selected and implemented the right frontend tools for each feature, balancing performance, scalability, and maintainability based on the project’s specific requirements.

• Delivered an AI-driven image recognition feature that automatically extracts item names, models, and quantities from uploaded photos to generate structured content entries for damaged property assessments. Oversaw full product cycle — from requirements gathering and UX mockups to project planning, API integration, and frontend implementation.
